Where To Buy Pomeranian Puppies For Sale in NC?

(Holly Springs, North Carolina)

Me and my wife are wanting to buy a Pomeranian puppy. Anyone know where we can buy Pomeranian puppies for sale in North Carolina? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. We have seen many backyard breeders via the newspaper classified ads selling pomeranian puppies but we are very leery about dealing with those types of breeders.

North Carolina Pomeranian Breeders

by: Claudia

Hi Clifton

If you don’t mind spending a little more money and being put on a waiting list, your best option for finding reputable Pomeranian breeders in your area of North Carolina is to contact the Pomeranian Club of America. The APC only recognizes and endorses those breeders that meet or exceed their standards of excellence. Just do a google search for Pomeranian Club of America and find the breeder referral link. I checked earlier today and it listed 3 reputable Pomeranian breeders in North Carolina along with their phone numbers. Best of luck.

Where to buy your Pom

by: linda

I have bought 2 poms from a place in Florida, called poofypoochies.net. One was a present for my grand-daughter. The other one, I kept for myself, I call Goldie, is a beautiful little girl, who was well socialized and not yappy when I bought her. I have been totally satisfied with her. She is 6 years old now, and the most loving pet ever. This breeder named Eva breeds high quality poms, and I would highly recommend her. She will ship.

Buying Poms in NC

by: Rita Rail

More than ever I am very leery of buying dogs other than from a reputable breeder. In my experience, I would also have everything about the dog stated on the Bill of Sale or Contract. My granddaughter bought a hunting dog and after a few months it had problems with her feet. In no time she was hardly able to run and needed surgery. She contacted the breeder inquiring of coverage for health that had been promised to her for the first year. The breeder was sorry but this was not in the contract. She had to journey to the Teaching Centre in Waterloo, Ont. about five hundred miles away and stay in a hotel for five days until the surgery was over and her dog was prepared to go home. Needless to say, this also was time away from work for her and her boyfriend. Hazel was accepted as she was and they continued to love her with no bounds. Two years later , they decided that another dog of the same breed as Hazel would be a friend for her as she was left alone all day but was taken out at lunch time by her male owner. They contacted the same breeder but would demand a paper as to consequences of health for the first year. The breeder had taken in a dog from Hazel’s litter because the owner was leaving town and had to give up her dog. The breeder offered to give them this dog without charge and of course they agreed. She was healthy and Hazel’s sister. Within a couple of years, Hazel was hardly able to walk as the surgery did not cure the problem. With very heavy hearts and many tears, she was euthanized. This is the importance of having signed documents from all breeders. If Hazel’s sister had not been returned, my granddaughter would have actually lost everything. The New dog compensated greatly for Hazel’s demise.

I have bought from Eva at poofy poochies also. Like you I bought a beautiful little girl, well socialized and I also named her Goldie. My Goldie is 8 years old. Eva will ship the dog to you for a little extra money. I would go back and buy from Eva, as you already know she is an ethical breeder.
