What does my Pom have?

My 2 year old Pomeranian, has been having a lot of problems. I’m really worried about him. He is shedding way more than usual and he has been having lots of pieces of dead skin stuck in his fur. Plus he is usually super hyperactive and jumping around all over the place and now it seems like all he wants to do all day is to sleep and last in his dog bed. He doesn’t come when he is called anymore, and he has a high temp., with some patches of red on his face that weren’t there before. Please respond I’m really worried about my little guy. What does he he have?
