Puppy growth

23 weeks!

I have a 23 week old Pom who is currently 3.6 lbs. my question is when are they finished growing in height/length? And for weight, are those pomeranian growth charts accurate? She also was spayed at 5 months so I was wondering if that actually has any effect? Thanks
