Pomeranian Dog Feeder Celebrating Queen Victoria’s Contribution

Hi I am an artist creating a One of a Kind Feeder to match the actual height for a comfortable experience while eating. My measurement is an 8″ inch height shoulder adding 1 inch more for the head to dip into the bowl. Now my question is how far is the neck to the end of their muzzle underneath? If anyone can answer if I asked my question clear enough I would appreciate it.
Pic’s below of work in progress. I have not cut the whole yet for the bowl. This is celebrating Queen Victoria’s contribution to the breed the painting is the back facing forward of the feeder. Thanks ahead of time.
