Older dog might be pregnant

My pom is 8 years old and has never taken the male we have has bred with another pom and had to litters. She has a very light heat just enough to bug the male. Well about 3 weeks ago they did their thing and this past week she isn’t eating good doesn’t bark like normal which is always. She keeps away from everyone. Tonight we notice a light brown discharge she is licking herself and still being really lazy. Her gums look fine, her nose is cold. We don’t know what is going on we plan on taking her to the vet in the morning but I just kinda wanted to know if this was normal and if she would be okay.
