My snowball is just a pup he started to foam either his mouth of just mucus from his nose when he walks he rubs his body/face to the carpet nd walks strangely I don’t knw what is wrong with him

I feel very sorry for the problem that affects Snowball. I highly recommend that you take him to a vet for help with this situation. He may have ingested something that is very alien to his problem. I would not hesitate having him checked out. Keep us posted please. Take care. RR

 It could be a Bull Frog

Watch out for the Bull Frogs, they secrete a toxic substance that may kill any dog and the symptoms are very similar to what you describe. If it happens again, you have to wash his mouth with a hose and let lots of water wash his mouth without ingesting it. It The Bull frog toxic can kill your Snowball. Even the bull frog toes
