My puppy did the same thing and i bought a play pin and put him in it next to my bed with a pad for him to pee on at night. When he wakes up just let him or her crawl to the paper and then they go back to sleep. Don’t let them keep you up just let him or her cry for a bit and then they use the paper in the play pin and go right back to sleep. My Pom now sleeps with me and he will whine or jump around if he has to pee and then i take him on the pad in my bathroom. They are very smart but don’t scream at them please teach them with patience. They are such a joy and blessing. Take Care and get some rest.
