mouth and along bottom jaw line abrasions

My little Pom developed a dark scab-like sore on her lower lip jaw line, I thought perhaps it was a little bite she received while playing with my friends little dog. Over the past few weeks she has developed several more small scab-like sores along her mouth/jawline and it has started to turn red further back along her lower and upper areas around one side of her mouth and near her nose. She does not act like it hurts her, but when I look at the area she does pull away like it is causing some discomfort. She does not have any sores inside her mouth but it is spreading along further down her little neck. I do not know what this is but have started her on some antibiotics she was given for an ear infection. I would love to hear any suggestions, ideas or advice PLEASE! I can not afford an other vet bill at this time so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all
