Since you advise that your Pom is healthy, perhaps he has hurt himself someway. I have seen my Poms when running or playing with their toys actually bumping into the chair legs or other objects on the floor. They play very hard when my two play to-gether. A Pom will usually be very aggressive when playing with a toy. I have also seen this aggressiveness when playing alone. Try running your hands all over his body even as far as adding a bit of pressure on the bone areas (ribs, legs etc). Using this method may isolate for you the area which is hurting him. Take care. RR
