I do not think that you should delay this any longer, if this has gone on for more than a week you should be bringing your dog to a vet. This is very unusual because dogs are usually very clean animals. It seems that your dog has a bladder problem which should be addressed as soon as possible. This hard to really advise you as you have not given us much information as to how old this dog is or for what period of time this has been going on for. I do really think that this is a case for a vet. Keep us up to date. Take care. RR.
