Help, my Pom is getting thin!

Lucky is an amazing loyal fluffy 8 year old boy. He’s been with us for almost 7 years of his life, after rescuing him from a brutal rainy highway. Over the last 2 months, he has been getting really thin, even though he eats as normal as he has ever been. He never lost his appetite, and he is still very alert and aware of his surroundings, you know normal behavior. His hearing and vision are in good health as well. There are no visual worms in his feces, although I’m certain that’s what the cause may be. At his last vet check up he was updated with all his shots, including his rabies vaccination. Any suggestions? Should I start switching to hollistic foods or a senior formula diet? Please help, any advice is appreciated! Thanks! Love, Kelly & Lucky.
