Trying to get my Pom to lose weight and the vet recommends Purina OM, but after reading its ingredients I’m not so sure.

My Pom is 3 lbs. she goes out and just lies down in the grass until I come pic her up. She has never done that before. She also sleeps all the time. She is 9 years. Do you think she’s dying?

Just discovered my 8 year old pom has a small soft lump under her skin under her nipple. It doesn’t seem to bother her and hasn’t affected her physically.
